Meika Hime & Mikoto are voicebanks intended for use within the VOCALOID5 software. Though, upon further digging, I found a version that can be used within VOCALOID4 and 3.  Download Here 

  While Vivi herself is on longer cancellable hiatus, someone leaked her voicebank elsewhere. She isn't the absolute best, but well enough she's still in development. Install her off of archive.org and you should be good to go, no promises though, she has a few bugs. Download HERE.

   Project SEKAI, the Vocaloid themed rhythm story-game, contains a bunch of Live2D model animations for it's characters when they talk and move.   MAIDLOID voicebanks can be super hard to find nowadays considering the product has sorta fallen in and out of obscurity. Well, if you're actually looking for Acme Iku (the current most popular one) then you're in luck. I have the link to a download of the sample version only, it can't use all of the features, but it is useable to some degree and can still make noise, show photos, etc. MAIDLOID IS NSFW AND IS MEANT TO BE USED BY THOSE 18 OR OLDER [or whatever the age of consent is in your country of viewing]. Installation is quick, you might have to install flash. It runs on Flash 10 just fine! Won't work on flash projector though.   So you're looking for the Vocaloid4 editor, eh? There's like two different versions you can download here! It does NOT work with official copies of voicebanks, don't even try it. To install, just unzip the rar or zip file (I usually use something like WinZip or some online opener), open the apk titled "VOCALOID 4" inside the folder, and you should be set. These do NOT work on official copies of the Vocaloid 4 editor. To use the voices within the editor, open the rar file, extract the apk, run the apk, and go through the installation process.  PaintVoice is a semi-discontinued mobile synthesizer that runs CV Hiragana UTAU voices only (with a bit of tweaking, there is a way to import your own voicebanks). It was released on Android devices, but I will link an emulator that I use so you can use it on PC. There are two preset voices (masc and fem) already pre-installed. The only downside is that the entire app is laid out in Japanese, so if you're an English speaker like me, you'll have to mess around until you figure it out.
